ING Talent Programme (ITP) The ING Talent Programme (ITP) is our traineeship for ambitious master graduates from all study areas. The aim of this traineeship is to develop future ING leaders, both managers
and specialists. Although primarily based in the Netherlands, five of the seven tracks are open to English-speaking candidates.
In brief, the ITP looks like this:
• Three-year traineeship: a project year followed by a two-year position
• A thorough training programme
• Career guidance
• Various tracks to choose from
Internships
Are you a masters student and will you graduate within 14 months? Then opt for an ITP internship! This exclusive (inter) national internship is linked to our traineeship, the ING Talent Programme (ITP).
