Selectieprocedure
The selection procedure for the ING Talent Programme (ITP) exists of five steps:
1) Assessment of your curriculum vitae, grades and motivation letter
2) Capacity test
3) Interview with two interviewers
4) Assessment day at external bureau
5) Panel interview with management
Completed all steps successfully? Then you’ll be welcomed aboard as a trainee, and received with a permanent contract. On average, the selection procedure takes six weeks.

To qualify for the ING Talent Programme (ITP) you have a Master’s degree (or will do shortly) and you are a starter on the labour market with no more than two years’ work experience. We’re
looking for people with a can-do mentality, a passion for collaboration and a focus on results. The ITP is open to all Master’s degree graduates, so the most important thing is your ambition, your
personality and your motivation for the financial services industry, for your preferred ITP track and for ING in particular. After all, it is quite conceivable that you might one day be destined for one
of the top jobs in our concern.
